The poetics of text and video conferencing

CUseeme is an inexpensive, low-bandwidth conferencing technology, featuring video, text, and voice/sound, as well as other features.The users login to "reflectors" or specially configured server applications which run the CUseeme software. The CLC, in collaboration with the Fakeshop digital media performance group, created the first CUseeme reflector intended for poetic and artistic exploration. The reflector address is www.as.wvu.edu conference 0. Reflector sessions and special events can be arranged by appointment.
