yes it does. i've seen it in three incarnations. i've seen them before, but i was pleased to find them all at ftp.cdrom.com.
the first is a direct port of the original game, including FORTRAN source and featuring all-uppercase text.

the second is a shareware DOS version, with colored text, but it looks like the game is the same as the original. <ftp://ftp.cdrom.com/.2/games/dos/adventur/firstadv.zip>
the third is a windows version. the game is still the same, but it has a little interface window, with direction buttons and a text entry box to type your commands, and scroll bars on the text output window so you can look back at what you've done.
