Folks:
While drawn out testing and slipped schedules were a factor, the I-Guide Project died because News Corps partner, MCI, really wanted to work with Microsoft and so once they had a contract with uSoft they scuttled the Delphi deal. I was a consultant to the folks who thought they were running the show so this is a fairly "inside" view.
