while waiting for a 'missing rfc' to arrive hopefully i can trouble everyone with another question about the formats of early mail systems
Does anyone know when conventions like CC, BCC, REPLY, FORWARD and attachments where introduced into Mail systems (like those in CTSS, MULTICS, UNIX, or ARPANet mail?)
(I guess REPLY might originate in the MSG program for the ARPANet, but with hindsight this seems an incredibly late development)
