I've tried to search for your missing RFC's on the internet, and found some RFC-indexes. If the RFC isn't on-line, it can be ordered according to the following sites. Try http://192.150.195.10/internet/rfc1xx.html or http://192.150.195.10/internet/rfc2xx.html . Another index is http://garnet.irrs.mi.cnr.it/DocComber/rfc/rfc_sub_index_401.html . Good luck
