Several people have mentioned the MAD language - for example:

Yes, your spelling is correct (and Bernard Galler is still working in Michigan).

Intereted people might like to check out the Annals of the History of Computing, Volume 10 page 345 and Volume 4 page 371 where you will find further information on Galler and the Mad language.
