Today I was poking around a very dusty storage locker, one of my favorite haunts -- good thing I don't have allergies -- and I stumbled over an Autonetics Recomp, which looks like a big mid-sixties-style desk calculator a la Friden or Singer, cabled to a "footstool" space heater with louvers in the sides and a square-punched grid of gold-finish metal in the top. According to Every Digital Computer Ever Made a/k/a the Watson List, there was an Autonetics Recomp I (1957,) Recomp II (1958,) and Recomp III (1961,) but I don't know which one this is. Any ideas? and thanks a whole lot....
