Well, just as a wild guess.... The original Intel spec on the 4004 was 80,000 IPS = .08 MIPS. And a typical Dhrystone v2.1 on a 200MHz Pentium Pro is 400 MIPS. So, mmm, scratch head, five thousand to one?
