Does anybody have pointers to materials on the history of the use of internet in Education ?

--> does anybody know which
* universities
* higher education institutes
* secundary schools (age 12 - 18 in Belgium) * primary schools (age 6-12 in Belgium)
first used internet for education.
--> Where can I find information on e.g. the history of K-12 projects ? --> Which were the first books / publications / conferences on this subject ?
