high school

I think it's ironic that my high school is located in my current neighborhood, since four years of college have distanced me so far from high school academically, socially, and emotionally.

I forget that MHS is just down the street, and the four years I spent there--less than four years ago--seem like they are decades away.

I never would have admitted it back then, but I liked high school. I woouldn't want to go back, but I have no regrets about the four years I spent there. High school also served as a brief introduction to South Park. Some of my friends lived in South Park, and I passed through the neighborhood on the way to school everyday, imagining living in one of the beautiful houses there.

I was also first introduced to Grandview Park in high school, which is also in South Park.
