dog walking service

Scratch a dog and you'll find a permanent job. ~Franklin P. Jones

I put up flyers around town advertising my services, but I didn't get any takers. I thought dogwalking would be another good way to kill two birds with one stone--money and exercise (like dominos). I also like walking with dogs. They notice things that I overlook--a forgotten m&m (yum) or the scent of a previous canine friend (sniff). My failed attempt at establishing a dog-walking service wasn't completely in vain. I met one of my best friends, Brooke, when she called about her 110 pound akita, Sanji. Brooke is one of my favorite people in the world, and her dog isn't half bad, either. He's great for giving bear hugs to, and his thick white fur makes him polar-bear cuddley.
