Result

One of our biggest projects was making the space of that porch into a walk-in closet and green-tiled bathroom. We also remodeled the large existing closet into a laundry closet that houses the washer, dryer, and shelves for detergent and storage.

After these two projects were completed, we only needed a new coat of paint and new carpet to finish the bedroom. The master bedroom walls are divided in half by an ecru chair rail--the top half painted ecru and the bottom half painted brown/beige. On one wall to the right of the bed is a tennis engraving. On the adjacent wall are sunflower prints painted by a local artist and friend of mine. It is easy to tell which side of the bed belongs to whom.
